France, Fashion, and Lily Collins are all in one tv show, and once I started it I couldn't stop watching. Collins plays Emily Cooper as she moves from the city of Chicago to Paris, France in order to provide an American perspective at Savior, a French marketing firm. Filled with lust, clichés, and love triangles, … Continue reading “Emily in Paris”- Soundtrack

“The Umbrella Academy”- Soundtrack
It's an understatement to say that there are so many things to love about The Umbrella Academy. From the frivolous characters to the mind bending plot twists, there isn't a part of this show that I was unsatisfied with, including the music. With seamless transitions from fiery violin sequences to iconic classic rock and jazz … Continue reading “The Umbrella Academy”- Soundtrack
Trinkets – Soundtrack
The soundtrack, too, is impeccable. It delivers a variety of styles while staying consistent and realistic to what these teenage girls would actually be listening to in their free time.
“The Boys” – Soundtrack
If you're looking for something to fill the Marvel-shaped hole in your heart while you wait for their next big release to kick into full swing, "The Boys" is just what you need.
“Search Party” – Soundtrack
In all honesty, I didn't know Search Party existed until about a week ago. From the friends I've talked to who haven't heard of it either and the cast that isn't studded with any household names, it seems like it flies pretty under the radar for more people than just myself. This is, in every … Continue reading “Search Party” – Soundtrack
“Never Have I Ever” – Soundtrack
For whatever reason, Never Have I Ever fell off my radar around the time it first came out. When it was announced that it was being renewed for a second season, I had to see what all the hype was about. In all honesty, I wasn't all that captivated by the first few episodes. I … Continue reading “Never Have I Ever” – Soundtrack
“High Fidelity” – Soundtrack
With excellent performances, killer style, a Jack Antonoff appearance, plenty of heartbreak, and of course, a stellar soundtrack, High Fidelity has something to offer the music snob, the hopeless romantic, and everyone in between.
“Daybreak” – Soundtrack
I described Daybreak to my friends as the love child of Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Zombieland, and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World; make of that what you will.
“Dead To Me” – Soundtrack
I was immediately sold on Christina Applegate, Linda Cardellini, AND James Marsden all in one ensemble, and all living in my hometown; I flew through both seasons before I knew it and will most definitely be watching any more in the future.
“Normal People” – Soundtrack
The soundtrack on its own is diverse enough to be interesting while also feeling like it could be pulled directly from a playlist on one of the characters’ phones. Like the show itself, it never tries too hard to be something it's not, and it pays off beautifully.
