As ‘Station Eleven’ starts its work at HBO, they have been adding on six new cast members, here’s the breakdown. Lori Petty, Daniel Zovatto, Andy McQueen, David Cross, Enrico Colantoni, and Julian Obradors have all been announced by HBO. Petty and Zovatto will be series regulars while the rest will recur throughout. They join the previously announced cast members including, Mackenzie Davis, Himesh Patel, David Wilmot, Nabhaan Rizwan, and Philippine Velge.
The mini-series follows a book written by Emily St. John Mandel. The book illustrates a post-apocalyptic world switching between multiple timelines. It focuses on survivors of a flu that crippled the world as they attempt to rebuild the world they once knew. Petty will play The Conductor, this character is the leader of a traveling group of performers who have dedicated their lives to everything Shakespearian. Zovatto will play The Prophet, this character is an inexplicable cult leader made up of even more mysterious young people.
