Chadwick Boseman privately battled colon cancer for four years. He passed away Friday at the age of 43. On Sunday night ABC will air a commercial-free version of ‘Black Panther’ followed by a tribute to Chadwick Boseman. The special titled ‘Chadwick Boseman – A Tribute for a King’ “will celebrate Boseman’s storied life, legacy, and career, and the cultural imprint he made on- and off-screen” said ABC. 

The special will also include testimony from Boseman’s closest friends and co-stars. ‘Black Panther’ will play from 8-10:20pm with the special following from 10:20-11pm.
