In response to a slow but steady reopening of theaters across the country, Disney has amended release plans for films Cruella, Black Widow, Pixar’s Luca, and Shang-Shi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, among others.
Although this news will excite moviegoers everywhere (especially those who don’t own Disney+), the release dates of Black Widow and others will be shifted to a later time than originally intended. While Black Widow will be released on July 9th, Shang-Shi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, consequently, will be bumped back to September 3rd.
Pixar’s Luca will be released to Disney+ on June 18th, at no extra cost to viewers.
