‘Kim’s Convenience’ which is the first comedy in Canada to have an Asian-led cast is coming to a close. The show recently announced that it would end with its fifth season. First launched in 2016 on CBS, the show followed the life of a Korean-Canadian family business and the family’s dynamic. The season finale is set to air on April 13th.
On Monday, the producers of the show said this about the ending of the comedy, “Given their departure from the series, we have come to the difficult conclusion that we cannot deliver another season of the same heart and quality that has made the show so special… Thank you to our fans for the love and support you’ve given this show.”
