Zooey Deschanel is teaming up with Michael Bolton and ABC for a new show titled ‘The Celebrity Dating Game’. ABC ordered the first season that will incorporate a total of eight episodes. The show will find a perfect harmony of dating and music to create this love-filled dating game show. The basis of the show will have bachelors and bachelorettes compete for the attention and affection of celebrities who have their identities concealed.

The show has been described as “a wry wink at modern dating,”. In each episode, the non-famous contestants will guess at the celebrity’s identities through clues given to them by Michael Bolton through song. This is one of the many games shows ABC is developing including, ‘Celebrity Family Feud’, ‘The $100,000 Pyramid’, ‘Match Game’, ‘To Tell the Truth’, and ‘Supermarket Sweep’.
