A Third Season in Sight for ‘Snowpiercer’

TNT has renewed the drama six days before the premiere of the second season.

The show is based on Bong Joon Ho’s movie of the same title. It has averaged about 1.25 million viewers for first airings. ‘Snowpiercer’ features Daveed Diggs, Jennifer Connelly, Alison Wright,  Mickey Sumner, and  Iddo Goldberg, with Sean Bean and Rowan Blanchard joining the series for Season 2.
