The new spike of COVID affecting the LA area has many of the LA-based shows having to go on hiatus. With an ICU capacity of 0%, an extended stay-at-home order through Jan. 16th, and a regional recording of 10,000 COVID-related deaths, the LA County Department of Public Health is imploring LA based shows to stop production and go on hiatus. ABC, NBC, and HBO Max, along with other studios are all going to follow La County recommendations and go on hiatus.
