William Jackson Harper will star in season 2 of ‘Love Life’ at HBO Max. The first season of the show starred Anna Kendrick and her character Darby. Kendrick’s character will continue to make small appearances throughout season 2. Harper will play a man who was dumped by who he thought was his soulmate. The 2nd series will follow Harper’s character’s journey as he navigates the breakup and finding new love. 

William Jackson Harper is entering ‘Love Life’ after an Emmy nomination for his role on ‘The Good Place’. Harper has also worked on projects such as, ‘Midsommar’, ‘True Story’ and ‘VH1’s The Breaks’. Anna Kendrick will also be staying on as an executive producer on the series. Series creator, Sam Boyd along with Bridget Bedard will be show runners as well.
