The Walking Dead Universe Channel will stream ‘The Walking Dead’ episodes for free on IMDb TV. IMDb TV is a streaming service supported by Amazon. Amazon and AMC struck a deal so that Amazon could stream six AMC channels including The Walking Dead Universe Channel. This allows IMDb TV to stream free episodes of ‘The Walking Dead’ including behind-the-scenes footage, cast interviews, bonus content, and more from the show. 

The other five channels Amazon and IMDb TV are acquiring through this deal with AMC are AMC: Presents, Rush by AMC, Slightly Off by IFC, Absolute Reality by WE tv, and IFC Films Picks. The addition of these 6-channels to IMDb TV gives them a grand total of 20 channels. IMDb TV content can be found on their website, Amazon Fire TV, or on Amazon Prime Videos.
