The Food Network’s New Competition Show ‘Candy Land’ Starts Production With Kristin Chenoweth

This candy-filled competition show is based on the classic 1949 ‘Candy Land’ boardgame. This show will entail five groups working through obstacles and using unusual ingredients to fight for a spot in King’s Kandy Castle. All for a shot at winning $25,000. 

The host, Kristin Chenoweth saying she is “so excited for the world to see these talented confectionery artists” and that audiences will “escape to this magical land”. Chenoweth is no stranger to the Food Network, as she has appeared on “Trisha’s Southern Kitchen”. This show will be on the Food Network channel that is owned by the Discovery cable network.
