The team behind the original ‘Clone High’ is coming back to MTV Studios in order to create a reboot of the 2002 series which ran for one season.
The series will be re-imagined and better fit for today’s adult animation audiences. Similar to before, it will focus on famous historical figures who have been cloned and live in the modern age of high school; figures include Abraham Lincoln, Cleopatra, John F. Kennedy, and Joan of Arc struggling to deal with their lives as teenagers.
Phil Lord, Chris Miller, and Bill Lawrence will be coming back to executive produce, whereas Erica Rivinoja will be the showrunner.
