Poor reviews have been the defining factor of Fox’s newest show, ‘Deputy’, causing the rookie drama to be canceled after only one season.
Sources assumed that it was due to the coronavirus’s impact on the television industry. However, the decision was based mainly off of the ratings. After only 13 episodes, the show was given a 40% rating amongst critics, whereas the rating for audiences was 57% on Rotten Tomatoes.
