Three time Writers Guild Award nominee, Ashley Nicole Black, is locked in to host the 2022 virtual ceremony. Black is a prolific actress, comedian, writer and producer. Her well known works include Full Frontal With Samantha Bee, Ted Lasso and Not The White House Correspondents’ Dinner (to which she won an Emmy for).

The Writers Guild Awards honor writing in film, television and other media. Black says she is “excited” to host and “celebrate the accomplishments of [her] fellow union members.” The ceremony will commence March 20th.
