The ‘iCarly’ revival is currently premiering on Paramount Plus with its first 13 episodes out and weekly releases. While typically it’s hard to follow up an iconic tv series, this ‘iCarly’ revival might’ve just pulled it off. The series has not disappointed and has become the most popular series on the streamer. All of this leads them into a renewal deal with Paramount Plus.

The original series run occurred from 2007-2012 on Nickelodeon and brought in the big bucks for them. It became a cultural symbol in years to follow leading up to this revival. The revival established early on that it was not going to be the classic kid-y show and that it would age up with its characters. The revival series takes place 10 years after the end of the original series. The second season plans to start filming in the fall.
