Although Peacock does not release any information regarding the viewing trends of their shows, it is known that ‘Girls5Eva’ was a major success, according to its 97% approval rate on Rotten Tomatoes. The show’s producers Meredith Scardino, Jeff Richmond, Robert Carlock (via Bevel Gears), David Miner (via 3 Arts Entertainment), and Eric Gurian (via Little Stranger), look forward to continuing the story of these beloved musical sensations. Even Lisa Katz, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming’s scripted content president expressed her attachment to ‘Girls5Eva’: “This aspirational comeback story is filled with heart and friendship, perfectly blended with catchy-songs and humor, and delivered by an exceptionally versatile cast.
