Get excited! Lilly Singh will be starring in the upcoming animated short, “Lilly Singh’s Proud Princess”.

The film will discuss themes of self-discovery and LGBTQ pride, with the young girl at the center voiced by Singh.

“She’s an amazing talent and represents an example of the diverse points of view we are bringing to our audience,” Pocket.watch chief content officer Albie Hecht noted. Singh, who came out as bisexual in 2019, “will speak to LGBTQ identity issues for kids. [She] will be an eloquent and articulate spokesperson for that.”
