To address the protests surrounding justice for George Floyd’s death, Oprah Winfrey has teamed up with Discovery to host a two-night TV town hall.

The special is titled, ‘OWN Spotlight: Where Do We Go From Here?’ and is slated to premiere on June 9th and 10th. Winfrey has plans to speak with numerous black activists, artists, and leaders to talk about the systematic oppression and white supremacy within the United States.

Winfrey will bring in guests such as Ava DuVernay, Ibram Kendi, Rashad Robinson, Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II, and more.

OWN president Tina Perry noted that the network is committed to “supporting and uplifting Black lives” and plans to provide their “community with important dialogue and helpful resources.”
