Pilot orders have been given to new HBO Max shows, ‘Gumshoe’ from writers Aaron Brownstein & Simon Ganz, as well as ‘Vegas High’ from writer Sarah-Raquel Jimenez.
Brownstein and Ganz will be show runners on ‘Gumshoe’, which is about an unsolved murder being investigated by a sweet cop and a creepy, crime-loving teenager.
Jimenez will serve as one of the executive producers on ‘Vegas High’. ‘Vegas High’ is about Jimenez’s experience with the juxtapositions of Las Vegas and her Mormon faith – both of which affect one another.
It is TBD when these pilots will air.
