‘The Outsider’ star Paddy Considine will be returning to HBO.

Following a lengthy casting search, Considine has been cast to star as King Viserys Targaryen in the prequel ‘House of the Dragon.’ The 10-episode series is co-created by George R.R. Martin and Ryan Condal. A premiere date has not yet been set.
