In spite of the nationwide disappointment of having to cancel in-person graduations, celebrities made sure to give the celebration much needed to the class of 2020 through ‘Graduate Together’.
People such as former president Barack Obama, Lebron James, Malala Yosafzai, Zendaya, Timothee Chalamet, Bad Bunny, Kumail Nanjiani and more appeared to congratulate them. Obama urged the class to “do what you think is right. […] I hope that instead, you ground yourselves in values that last.”
Dua Lipa, Ben Platt, Alicia Keys, and the Jonas Brothers were amongst the performers who graciously showed up to sing.
