The beloved children’s book series that brings nostalgia to many, ‘Percy Jackson’ is in development at Disney+ to become a show. After a successful book series but two film adaptations that were at bust at the box office, Rick Riordan will be in collaboration with the crew to ensure everything is according to the books’ truths.
Riordan made the announcement, stating he is unable to say much about the pre-production of the series. He continued on by saying that they will be “following the storyline of the original Percy Jackson five-book series”. He reassured the fans that he and his wife, Becky will be involved heavily in the show.
