This season, the drama television series was one of the lowest-rated network shows.
On February 22nd, ‘Almost Family’ wrapped up its first season, and has promptly been canceled after being rated as one of the lowest network shows on the Big Four (ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox). ‘Almost Family’ was centered around a mystery involving genetic material, half-sisters, and family secrets. Unfortunately, the show wasn’t a hit for both viewers and critics, with Daniel Fienberg from The Hollywood Reporter describing it as “a series in conflict with itself.”
The Universal Television/Fox Entertainment series was created by Annie Weisman, and executive produced with Weisman, Jason Katims, Jeni Mulein, Imogen Banks, Sharon Levy and Randy Zisk.
