Three weeks after the premiere of the second season, Netflix has renewed the popular British dramedy for its third.

‘Sex Education’ centers around a high schooler, Otis Milburn, giving advice on sex to his peers. Since the January 17th premiere of Season 2, the show has touched on a number of pressing modern-day topics through the individual stories of characters in the show.

Creator of ‘Sex Education’, Laurie Nunn, remarked to The Hollywood Reporter that she anticipates many more stories will be told over the course of the series. Nunn commented, “I think I could do some more with them if we’re given the chance. [Netflix] is very supportive and really wanting us to tell the stories that we feel passionate about. It really feels like we’re all on the same page, wanting to make the same show.”

‘Sex Education’ is executive produced by Jamie Campbell and Ben Taylor, and stars Emma Mackey, Ncuti Gatwa, Gillian Anderson, Aimee Lou Wood, Kedar Williams-Stirling, Connor Swindells, Alistair Petrie and Patricia Allison.
