Netflix cancels the cult favorite reboot of “Mystery Science Theater 3000,” this Thanksgiving week.

The timing was terrible, however, because fans expected a Thanksgiving special marathon as they stream every year and cancelling the entire show right before the long anticipated episodes left thousands heartbroken.

Netflix confirmed that the series would not be returning for a third season.
