Goods news, LOTR & Tolkien fans. The Amazon series renewed the show for its second season early– and it’s first season hasn’t come out yet!

“Set in Middle Earth, the TV series will explore new storylines preceding J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Fellowship of the Ring. The lead cast, which is yet to be confirmed by Amazon, is believed to include Will Poulter, Markella Kavenagh and Joseph Mawle”, writes Deadline.

There is no set date yet, but the series is most likely airing in 2020.
