Warner-Media backed streaming platform HBO Max will now home two acclaimed animated television series: “South Park” and “Rick and Morty.”

Comedy Central’s “South Park” was very competitive to fight for, with other programs wanting the rights s well, but HBO Max was able to win it over for $500 Million.

The two animated series will be available on HBO Max on their release date, May 2020.
