Horror writer Stephen King’s latest novel has been been picked by Spyglass Media Group to turn into a limited series.

David E. Kelley of Big Little Lies will develop the series with Jack Bender. The pair previously worked together on ‘Mr. Mercedes’ at Audience Network. Stephen King says of the project, “I’m delighted to be working with Jack and David, the creative team behind Mr. Mercedes. We think alike, and I believe The Institute is going to be a great success.”
