The ‘How To Get Away with Murder’ actress will play the First Lady, as well as executive produce. The series currently has a three script commitment, but is said to be moving quickly at the streamer.

The series focuses on the lives and political power of the First Ladies in the White House, with season 1 featuring Eleanor Roosevelt, Betty Ford, and Michelle Obama.
